SCOPE: conceptual plans, alternatives, renderings, and presentation graphics

PURPOSE: landscape design and modeling for circulation connections and recreation and business opportunities between West Park and East Park.

FEATURES: farmer's market, play areas, skate park, concessions, dog “Bark Park”, sports fields, plazas, and gathering areas.

A partnership completion to improve a downtown neighborhood, bringing a community-centric program, businesses, activities, and new opportunities. Our goal was to create a community “Living Space” that reflected the residents, local culture, and lifestyle.
